Happy Almost Spring, ! Normally I greet you at this time of
year with hope that you've had a restful and reflective shift into 2025. However, this year I suspect you have not. Few of us in the ToLS community have! So let me offer a bit of Tao-ist wisdom from today's 365 Tao by Deng Ming-Dao for reflection. "When one is feeling like a tree hemmed in by giants in a forest,
it helps to know that we can emerge successfully from danger. During adversity, vision and determination decide the outcome. Observe carefully and act. Remain immune to the fear. If you stay mentally & emotionally focused, you will triumph. Without the difficulty of being hemmed in, the tree in the forest would not be forced to marshal its power to grow toward the light. It must bring forth it's inner strength to spread it's branches. When the tree becomes grand, it is in part because of
it's suffering." I'm happy to report that things continue to go very well at the Tree of Life Sanctuary. We are on the verge of beginning the build of the Seeker's Library and our Board is expanding. To support you in these challenging times, we are offering more and more courses and gatherings (see our calendar). The Spring Equinox Gathering ~ where we create our annual Blossoming Vision Bough together
~ is coming on March 15th. It's a hybrid event, so no matter where you are, you can join us. I've attached a flier with all the info. You'll notice that the address is building 432 this time. That's because the library construction may have begun by the day of the event. So we are holding it in the ToLS conference room in our administration building.
