I mentioned in last month's issue that I have been in a period of reflection on the next phase of my life. This is called the “shuffle” phase in the Hermetic Cycle of Change. The metaphor of a card game is used for the four phases of the Hermetic Cycle of Change:
Deal: Who do I want to play with?
Play the Game: Planning and making it happen!
Toss In: Ready for a change of players and/or game; letting go of the old ones.
Shuffle: Do I play the same game or a new one? What game will best serve me next?
After redefining how to prioritize my professional life, I am now ready to move into the "deal". In this phase, I am exploring who I want to play my new game with; who can partner with me in ways where
everyone wins?
So if you have published a book, offered classes online or are a blogger, I want to talk with you! Please email me at Info@TreeofLifeSanctuary.org.
With October is full swing, soon it will be what I call "year end life review" time. This is the time of aligning with the autumnal energy by going within, and harvesting the fruits of our closing year. In November I will be offering a two- part teleclass called A Year End Life Review "Playshop". Because it is
via conference call, any of you (not just the local "Bellinghamsters") can join me for some fun and personal growth! Check out the box below for details on how to sign up. I would love to have you join me.
If you prefer to experience this "playshop" in person, we will be offering it in December in Bellingham. See the "Mark Your Calendar" section at the top
of the right column.
Whichever venue appeals to you, jump in now and make your reservation. Seats go quickly for both of these events.
Last but not least, be sure to vote on November 8th! To see
if you are registered, or to find out how to register, use the link at the bottom of the right column. Time to register is getting very short. And women, please remember that at the time the U.S. was founded, its female citizens did not share all of the same rights as men, including the right to vote. Let's honor all of those before us that made it so we could vote these last 96 years.
Love and light,
Laura
