Do you hear your inner voice calling you to be of service? Would you like to work with like-minded people? I have an opportunity that could bring you joy and fulfill that urge. It would be a chance for personal growth and, perhaps, add to a resume. It could provide new learning ~ all while being supported. We are looking for souls that would like to join us on our Board.

Hi, I’m Emma de Lisle. I’m the Colleague Representative on the Tree of Life Sanctuary (ToLS) Board of Directors. I’m here to represent you, , as a precious person in our community. I wanted to connect with you about how much I love volunteering in this position, and how you might want to join me.

As you know, the Tree of Life Sanctuary is a school that provides spiritual and personal growth. Our mission is to uncover the Divine in spiritual seekers by nurturing self-exploration. This leads to a more joyful, loving, unified planet.

I’ve been a Colleague with the Tree of Life Sanctuary since 2013. I first began with the Spiritual Satisfaction program and then joined the Hermetic Qabalah Self-Study group. I’ve donated my time on the spiritual library project and helped with the bookkeeping project. I’ve served on the volunteer Board since March 2016. All of this has been so rewarding and fun. It has helped me personally grow, and allowed me to create wonderful friendships and an amazing support system. I would love for you to experience this too, .

We have some super fun projects going on, like our website upgrade and making our library more accessible online. After our new website is launched, we’ll be improving it by adding an online learning system.

We are always looking for people with experience in finances, fundraising and social media promotion.

Don’t let a lack of knowledge or experience in your area of interest get in the way of volunteering on our team! We provide our volunteers with amazing training through our membership with Washington Nonprofits!

We’re Looking for a Team Partner

to Share our

High Consciousness Space

The Tree of Life Sanctuary, a 501(c)3 school of the soul, is looking for a new team partner to share our high consciousness space in downtown Bellingham. We are in the Fine Arts Building near the Co-op and YMCA. Our unit is on the first floor.

The available 95 square foot private office includes shared use of our bathroom (private - not public), small kitchen, an esoteric spiritual library and our small group meeting space.

We are following CDC guidelines of masking up, staying six feet apart and keeping everything cleaned properly.

This share agreement is month to month and includes delivered drinking water, general suite supplies, internet and monthly cleaning service. Clients have street parking only. It is possible we may acquire a parking lot permit for you. Cost is $333 per month, plus one-month’s deposit. The space is available 10/1/20, however sooner might be possible.

Closing Note from Laura....

For those of you who may not have heard, my husband and I have been traveling by car to and from San Francisco once a month since April. This has been to assist my elderly brother with some health issues - fortunately not Covid-19 related. It has basically split our life in two, however we are managing this very well ~ even though it has reduced my availability to spend time with you!

Myself and the ToLS team really miss spending time with you! We have some ideas of how to rectify this virtually. I'll give you more details in the next day or so. In the meantime, for some inspiration and love, visit our Facebook page! While you are there, follow us so you'll get timely notices about our upcoming website launch.

And a reminder, we still are looking for someone (or a couple of someones) for our share-space opportunity. Remember us if you run across candidates who might be a potential fit.
